If you do not receive your registration confirmation e-mail within two weeks, please e-mail the LeadingAge registrar at LeadershipSummit@Showcare.com or call 514-228-3159.
Should you wish to make any registration changes or modifications (session choices, CE credit information, purchasing additional tickets, etc.) you may do so by clicking on the personalized link located in your confirmation e-mail to return to your registration record or e-mail us at LeadershipSummit@Showcare.com with your request. If you wish to make a modification to your registration category, that cannot be done through your personalized link - instead, please contact LeadershipSummit@Showcare.com .
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
LeadingAge members who register by February 7 will receive a discount on their registration fee. After February 7, the regular registration fee applies.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express. To pay by check, please register online, print the registration 'Statement of Account' payment page (appears after registering), include a check payable to ‘LeadingAge’—with the name(s) of the registrant(s) in the memo line—then mail to LeadingAge Registrar, c/o Showcare Event Solutions, 1200 G Street, NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005-6705.
If you register and then are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place (from the same organization) at no additional charge. Substitutions must be submitted in writing by March 1, 2019. After this date, all substitutions will be processed at on-site registration. Please e-mail LeadershipSummit@Showcare.com the full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the individual who will be replacing you, thereby authorizing the substitution to be made. If the original person has already received their badge in the mail, please follow the same steps when e-mailing LeadershipSummit@Showcare.com and have the substitute bring the original registrant's badge to hand in at the onsite registration desk.
SPLIT/SHARE REGISTRATION POLICY
Splitting or sharing a registration is not permitted for either a DAILY or FULL registration category. A DAILY registration must be used by the same person for each day or days that a person is registered. A FULL registration category is to be used by the same person for the entire event, even if the person is able to attend only part of the program. The DAILY categories are created for the organization that would like to send different people on different days.
Please submit all cancellation requests in writing by e-mail to LeadershipSummit@Showcare.com. Your cancellation will be acknowledged by e-mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within two weeks of sending in your cancellation, please contact the LeadingAge Registrar to verify receipt.

By February 7, cancellations for the Resident and Student categories will be refunded less a $29 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for these events after Feb. 7, 2019.
